Andromachus

Born into a very minor noble family in Oppara, Andromachus entered the Taldan military, seeking glory in war. But by the time he completed a term of service, he saw that no glory or excitement would ever be found in the service of the stagnant, decadent Taldan Empire. So, instead of continuing to pursue a military career, Andromachus journeyed west, to the young and vigorous (or so he heard) nation of Andoran, to offer his services to some suitable company of noble adventurers (or even a band of profit-seeking dungeon-delvers; he’ll take what he can get, as long as there’s excitement and a chance to prove himself).
